Kallmeyer Services LLC provides heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, generator, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Hermann, MO and throughout the Missouri River Valley, including Gasconade, Franklin, Montgomery, and Maries counties.
All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.
We provide estimates for services based on our assessment at the time of inspection. Please be aware of the following:

We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within scheduled time windows. However, service times are estimates and may be affected by prior appointments, emergency calls, or unforeseen circumstances.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept common forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards. Additional terms may apply to financed purchases through our third-party financing partners.
If payment is not received in full by the agreed-upon date, Kallmeyer Services LLC reserves the right to pursue collection, including but not limited to placing a lien on the property where services were performed, as permitted by Missouri law.
Financing options are provided through third-party lenders and are subject to credit approval and the lender's own terms and conditions. Kallmeyer Services LLC is not the lender and does not guarantee financing approval.
Rebates and incentives referenced on our website or in promotional materials are subject to eligibility requirements, availability, and the terms set by the rebate provider (e.g., manufacturer, utility company, or government program). Rebate amounts and availability may change without notice.
Kallmeyer Services LLC stands behind our work. Specific warranty terms for labor and workmanship will be provided at the time of service or installation. Warranty coverage may vary by service type and will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Equipment and parts installed by Kallmeyer Services LLC may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. These warranties are governed by the manufacturer's terms and conditions. We will assist you in processing manufacturer warranty claims when applicable.

To the fullest extent permitted by Missouri law, Kallmeyer Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or loss of income.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Certain services, including but not limited to new installations, electrical panel replacements, and new construction work, may require permits from local authorities. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Kallmeyer Services LLC will obtain necessary permits when required.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the legal authority to authorize work on the property and that the work requested complies with any homeowner association rules, deed restrictions, or landlord requirements.
We understand that schedules change. We request that you notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee on future bookings.
For equipment orders or custom installations, cancellation terms will be specified in your written agreement. Deposits on special-order equipment may be non-refundable.
